I think it's time to invest in resistance bands. I don't feel the burn as much with most of the moves. Amazing. It only took a week for my muscles to say I can do more. Yay!
I'm able to do more and more as the days go by and that's exciting me.
So a week after P90X, I'm proud to say I've dropped 3.5lbs! I know water weight is the first to go, but it's progress so yay! Also, I've been drinking a lot more water (healthier choice!) so it's not exactly water weight that I've lost necessarily. Basically, I'm very happy to see the needle move down on the scale.
I'm really getting into P90X now. Sadly, my friend couldn't keep up, so I'll be doing Yoga solo again, but I'll try to get through the whole video this week.
